If you are part of this community, I know something about you: you have a dream.
Maybe you can name it clearly. Maybe you only feel it as a pull toward something you cannot fully picture yet. Either way, I believe it was planted in you on purpose, before you had language for it, by a God who does not create anything without a reason.
Your dream is not a distraction from your purpose. It is the path to it.
Here is what I have learned about dreams: they do not arrive fully grown. They start as seeds, and seeds only becomes visible once the soil around it is ready to hold it. The real work is done underground.

When I started my retreat business, I did not see myself as a leader or a coach. I saw a need for high-achieving, accomplished women, especially mothers, to have a safe space to rest, reconnect with themselves, and be validated in community.
As an event planner in a former life, I knew I could create that space and gather the women. That was the whole vision. The first retreat I planned, I was not even one of the speakers.
The next retreat, I was one of five. The one after that, one of two. For the last three, I have been the only speaker in the room.
I did not plan that progression. It emerged, the same way the coaching and the community emerged, one step ahead of what I could originally see. None of it started coming into focus until I got intentional about investing in my wellness.
That is cultivating the soil. It is what you tell yourself about your dream when no one else is in the room. It is what you feed your body and your mind, and what you let into them: what you read, what you listen to, who you keep close. Dreams do not grow in neglected soil. They grow in soil you have tended.
You cannot do that kind of tending in ten-minute pockets between everyone else's needs. It takes concentrated time in an environment conducive to expansion.
A Weekend For Me is that kind of space. Four days built to till the ground your dream needs to break through, and a ninety-day plan so what sprouts in October is still growing in December. This is not four days of vague inspiration. It is deep work, done with intention, surrounded by women on the same journey.
Your dream matters. Give it the soil it needs to thrive.
Reflection Time: Soil Check
Before you close this message, ask yourself these questions to check the health of your soil:
Mind:What have you been telling yourself about your dream? Have you been encouraging or dismissive?
Body:Do you have enough energy to sustain something new, or are you running on empty?
Spirit:Are you spending time in prayer and meditation? Are you connecting with a higher power?
Environment:Do the people and the content around you feed this dream, or quietly starve it?
You do not need perfect answers. Just honest ones.
Did you uncover something unexpected? I want to hear about it.Reply to this message to tell me all about it.
