Upon acceptance, remit payment of $125 by March 18, 2026
Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and event details

MEET THE Co-FOUNDER
Dr. Sherita Gaskins-Tillett
She is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, personal development coach, speaker, and retreat host devoted to the health, wellness, and empowerment of women.
As a physician, wife, and mother, Dr. Sherita understands the challenge of balancing family, career, and personal fulfillment. Years of striving to meet the demands of her profession and community left her depleted until a well-timed pause helped her reconnect with herself and her purpose.
Inspired by her own experience and recognizing that many high-achieving women face similar struggles, Dr. Sherita is dedicated to helping others reclaim their joy, clarity, and purpose. She founded Boss Lady Dream Builders, an online community that supports high-achieving women in reconnecting with their priorities, rediscovering their dreams, and living more balanced and authentic lives.
Beyond her online work, Dr. Sherita creates powerful in-person experiences through events and retreats. Her signature offering, A Weekend For Me, provides a nurturing space for busy women to step away from their routines, engage in radical self-care, and gain inspiration to chart their ideal futures.

MEET THE co-founder
Dr. Lindiwe Greenwood, M.D. FAAFP
She is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician. She is the CEO and Chief Innovator of Total Renaissance Wellness, LLC (TRW), a health and wellness consulting firm, where she uses her more than twenty years of clinical expertise as well as the insights, she has gained outside the exam room to inspire, educate, and transform. TRW aims to work with corporations, firms, non-profits, schools and individuals. The goal of TRW is to teach self- care and resilience skills to help these groups communicate better, live their best lives, and thrive.
Dr. Greenwood is a dynamic public and motivational speaker, who has been featured at many national and regional conferences. She is certified in Mind-Body Medicine as well as experienced in advanced coursework in Food as Medicine from The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (CMBM), in Washington. D.C. She is a member of the CMBM faculty, supervision team, and has served as Associate Clinical Director. She leads online Mind-Body Medicine Skills groups and has been involved in training initiatives and national programs for the center.
Dr. Greenwood is the host of the Reconnect, Renew, Recharge Destination Wellness Retreat. The mission of this retreat is to provide a transformative space for each participant to reconnect with themselves, renew their commitment to authenticity and well-being, and recharge their mind, body, and spirit.
